COMPILING FINDINGS FROM COMPASS INTO RECOMMENDATIONS WITH A DEFINED SCOPE
Once the Compass phase is complete, we are able to clearly define what needs to be done to guide our partners toward growth. We move into the Curation phase with a new scope of work dictated by the results from Compass.
Curation is all about creating the brand's identity and strategy. Brands live in the hearts and minds of customers; therefore, we cannot define a brand outright. Instead, we use identity and strategy to communicate what we want people to know about our partners' businesses.
We also explore how the brand is communicated to customers through various touchpoints and marketing strategies. This ensures that customers understand what makes our partners' companies unique. In the third phase of our projects we activate the brand identity and strategy by turning these touchpoints into unique brand experiences.
In this phase, we develop key elements of the brand's identity, which will include many of the services listed here.
Each element is guided by a strategy to communicate the themes of the business through a visual voice.
Customization
Once the identity and strategy are defined, we move into the Customization phase. Here, we refine our partner's most important brand touchpoints with the new strategy and identity in mind.
