Compass is the consultation and audit phase of our process. Named after our proprietary Compass session that initiates every project, this phase is dedicated to uncovering the essence of our partners' businesses.
Through strategic in-person exercises, we extract information about our partner's enterprises efficiently.
Compass is a brand and marketing framework that communicates the vision of our partners to our team.
It breaks down barriers and enables collaborative work to create a clear vision and plan. With Compass and its deliverables, our partners gain clarity on how to achieve their goals effectively.
Upon completion of the Compass session, we continue our research independently, armed with all the insights uncovered during that day. We perform numerous analyses on various aspects of our partners' businesses, delving deeper into their brand. In essence, the Compass phase is a complete brand audit. We believe deeply in understanding a business to its core before making recommendations on the direction they should go.
At the end of this phase, our partners receive a comprehensive document that includes all of our findings, along with stylescapes—visual landscapes showcasing multiple design directions we envision for their brand. This deliverable provides key insights and helps our partners see the path toward growth.

Curation
Once the Compass phase is complete, we are able to clearly define what needs to be done to guide our partners toward growth. We move into the Curation phase with a new scope of work dictated by the results from Compass.
